Deliveries are made by General Postal.
Orders are dispatched daily Monday to Friday until 15:00. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.

TRANSPORT COSTS

All parcels are subject to shipping costs which are based on the weight of the product.

DELIVERY TIME

Once the order will be prepared:

  • Courier delivery in Cyprus : delivery in 1-3 working days.

ORDER DELAY

Any delay in your order may be due to one of the following reasons:

When extreme weather conditions or strikes occur and generally in cases of force majeure that affect the smooth transport and delivery.
During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter).
In case it is not possible to contact you (by phone or email) to address any problems regarding your order or payment. For example, when the information you have entered is not correctly updated.
