RETURN POLICY
The company, by supporting e-commerce, enables the customer, through the completeness of the descriptions posted on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available from the computer screen quickly and easily. In order to highlight the benefits of using the Internet in our daily shopping, below are the terms and conditions for the return of defective or non-defective products.
WITHDRAWAL & PRODUCT RETURNS
According to the provisions of Article 4(10) of Law 2251/1994 (Government Gazette 191 A’/16 November 1994) in conjunction with the Joint Ministerial Decision (K.Y.A.Z1-891/30.8.2013), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days. In this context, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, you may return the purchased products only if they are in exactly the same condition in which they were received and provided that they are accompanied by all the necessary documents proving your transaction. After withdrawal, the company is obliged within 14 calendar days to refund the buyer the price of the product, provided that it has been received and checked by the buyer. The costs of returning products by post, courier or transport company to the premises of CENTER PLUS SA are not covered by the company and are entirely borne by the sender/customer. It should be noted that the responsibility for loss, damage or destruction of the product rests with the customer until the product is received by the company. For the exercise of the right of withdrawal the period of fourteen (14) calendar days begins from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal/return, you must, before the expiry of the relevant period, notify your intention to withdraw in writing by sending this return form to the customer service e-mail address [email protected] or by fax: 210.24.05.583 (I am sending you the withdrawal form that comes with our packages)
The company recommends the customer to carefully check - at the time of delivery of the order - the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. wrong type, etc.).
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
The Client has the possibility to cancel his/her order by phone or email, within 24 hours from the time of dispatch. The client reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the order until the dispatch process begins. In case the shipping process has started the customer can return the product (based on the return policy of the company see above) by paying the return shipping cost of the products, as defined above.
